How the return process works

1. Register your return

Start your return through our returns portal.

You will be guided through the process step by step.

2. Send your package

Choose a suitable shipping option and follow the instructions.

• Pack your items securely

• Keep your shipping receipt

3. We’ll take care of the rest

Once your return has arrived with us, we will process it as quickly as possible.

• You will receive a confirmation by email

• Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the goods for processing

Return conditions

• You have 60 days after receiving the goods to register your return

• Returns from Germany and Austria are free of charge

• Items must be in perfect condition and include all labels

For hygiene reasons, the following items are excluded from returns:

• Underwear

• Face masks

• Products with the hygiene seal removed

All returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Refunds

• Returns generally take 5–10 business days to reach us

• Once received, a quality inspection will be carried out

• The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The refund will be issued via the original payment method

Exchanges

A direct exchange is currently not possible.
