How to return your order 

1. Register your return 

Start your return through our returns portal
You’ll be guided through the process step by step. 

2. Send your items back 

Follow the instructions provided and select your preferred return method. 

  • Make sure your items are securely packaged  
  • Keep your proof of postage  

3. We’ll take care of the rest 

Once your return arrives, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. 

  • Please allow up to 14 days from receipt for your return to be processed  
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. 

Returns Policy 


  • Items must be returned in pristine condition, with all tags intact  

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on: 

  • Underwear  
  • Face masks  
  • Any item with a removed hygiene seal  

All returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Return costs may vary depending on your location.  

The available return options and any applicable costs will be shown when you register your return.

Refunds

  • Returns typically take 5–10 working days to arrive at our warehouse  
  • Once received, your return will be quality checked.
  • Following inspection, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.  

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. 

If you need a different size or item: 

  1. Return your original item  
  2. Place a new order
