How to return your order

1. Register your return
Start your return through our returns portal.
You’ll be guided through the process step by step.

2. Send your items back
Choose a return option that works for you and follow the instructions provided.
  • Make sure your items are securely packaged.
  • Always keep your proof of postage.
3. We’ll take care of the rest 
Once your return arrives, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. 
  • Please allow up to 14 days from receipt for your return to be processed  
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. 

Returns Policy 

  • You have 60 days from receiving your order to register a return  
  • UK returns are free of charge  
  • International return costs are the responsibility of the customer  
  • Items must be returned in pristine condition, with all tags intact  
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on: 
  • Underwear  
  • Face masks  
  • Any item with a removed hygiene seal  
All returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so we recommend keeping your proof of postage. 

Refunds 

  • Returns typically take 7–10 days to arrive at our warehouse (please note this could be longer for international returns)  
  • Once received, your return will be quality checked 
  • Following inspection, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. 
If you need a different size or item: 
  1. Return your original item  
  2. Place a new order  

Delivery & Return Costs 

  • UK returns are free when using our returns process  
  • International return shipping costs are not refunded 
  • We do not refund postage costs for unwanted items  
If an item is returned as faulty but no fault is found, return postage costs will not be refunded and redelivery charges may apply.

Please accept the delivery and contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Photos of the damage  

We’ll review your case and provide a resolution. 

How do I report a faulty item?

  • A description of the fault  
  • Images where possible  

We’ll investigate and guide you through the next steps. 

Can I exchange an item? 

We currently do not offer exchanges.
To get a different item, return your original order and place a new one.

Will I be refunded my return postage costs? 

  • UK: Returns are free using our returns process  
  • Rest of World: Return postage costs are not refunded.   

If no fault is found, postage costs will not be reimbursed.
