Regan has cleaned up across the board, winning three Olympic medals and four World Championship titles. She broke her first World Record at the age of 17 in the 200m backstroke, shattering Missy Franklin’s previous record.

Backstroke and Butterfly Champion

Specialising in backstroke and butterfly, she is the world junior record holder in the women's long course 100m and 200m backstroke. At the World Aquatics Championships, she won individual gold medals in both the 100m and 200m backstroke events, and an additional gold medal in the 4x100m medley relay swimming the backstroke leg.
