How to return your order 


1. Start your return 

Register your return through our returns portal
You’ll be guided through each step. 

2. Send your items back 

Choose your preferred return option and follow the instructions. 
  • Free returns are available via Canada Post  
  • Alternative carriers are available at your own cost  
  • Make sure your items are securely packaged  
  • Keep your proof of postage  

3. We’ll take care of the rest 

Once your return arrives, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. 
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received  
  • Please allow up to 14 days from receipt for your return to be processed  

Returns Policy 

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to register a return  
  • Free returns are available when using Canada Post  
  • Items must be returned in pristine condition, with all tags intact  
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on: 
  • Underwear  
  • Face masks  
  • Any item with a removed hygiene seal  
All returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. 

Refunds 

  • Returns typically take time to arrive depending on your location  
  • Once received, your return will be quality checked  
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection  
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method  
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded  

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. 
If you need a different size or item: 
  1. Return your original item  
  2. Place a new order

What should I do if my item is damaged? 

Please accept the delivery and contact us as soon as possible with: 

  • Details of the issue  
  • Photos of the damage  

We’ll review your case and provide a resolution. 

How do I report a faulty item?

  • A description of the fault  
  • Images where possible  

We’ll investigate and guide you through the next steps. 

Can I exchange an item? 

We currently do not offer exchanges.
To get a different item, return your original order and place a new one.

Can I use a different return carrier?

Yes. You can choose an alternative carrier during the returns process, but this will be at your own cost.
