How to return your order

- Always keep your proof of postage.
3. We’ll take care of the rest
Once your return arrives, we’ll process it as quickly as possible.
- Please allow up to 14 days from receipt for your return to be processed
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

International return costs are the responsibility of the customer

Items must be returned in pristine condition, with all tags intact
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Underwear

Face masks
- Any item with a removed hygiene seal
All returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so we recommend keeping your proof of postage.
Refunds
- Returns typically take 7–10 days to arrive at our warehouse (please note this could be longer for international returns)
- Once received, your return will be quality checked
- Following inspection, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order
Delivery & Return Costs
- UK returns are free when using our returns process
- International return shipping costs are not refunded
- We do not refund postage costs for unwanted items
If an item is returned as faulty but no fault is found, return postage costs will not be refunded and redelivery charges may apply.
